Refund policy
Once the payment webhook from Lemon Squeezy reports a successful charge, your account row receives full access immediately. Because that delivery is instant and the entire pack is downloadable in your session, refunds are not offered after purchase.

Preview before buying
The entire Welcome chapter and the cover of every other chapter are free to read without an account. Reading those before paying is the best way to confirm the pack fits what you're looking for.
Receipts & VAT
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. The receipt they email after checkout includes a VAT-compliant invoice with their address and the rate applied for your billing country. You can re-download any past invoice from the link inside that email; the maintainer doesn't issue separate invoices because Lemon Squeezy already covers the requirement.
Chargebacks
Bank-initiated chargebacks are handled under Lemon Squeezy's standard policy. A chargeback that is upheld results in access being revoked from the associated account. If something has gone wrong technically — you paid but can't unlock, or the code doesn't work — email hello@playboook.com before raising a chargeback. Most issues are sorted within a day.
