Data request (GDPR)

Playboook collects very little data — your email, an optional display name, and anonymous access logs. You can delete your own account at any time. For a formal data export or correction request, email the address below.

What we store

  • Your email address (collected when you join the waitlist, purchase, or send feedback).
  • Your display name (optional, set during sign-up so the product can address you).
  • Anonymous access logs via Vercel — paths, region, device type. No personally identifying info.
  • Purchase metadata from Lemon Squeezy. Playboook never sees your card details.

Delete it yourself

Open /account → Danger zone (bottom of the page). Deletion removes your auth row and detaches purchases from your email; the purchase record itself stays on file for tax and chargeback reasons.

Formal request

If you need a formal data export, a correction, or anything else GDPR-related, email hello@playboook.com. Subject line Data request. Expect a response within 30 days as required by GDPR.

Processors

Four sub-processors touch your data: Vercel (hosting + logs), Supabase (auth + database), Resend (transactional email), Lemon Squeezy (payments). Each is named on the privacy notice along with what they receive.
